World Intuitive Predictions

2022 & Beyond

I am an intuitive reader who has given over 20,000 readings and guided people to find their inner compass. I give readings and I also teach people to find their own intuition by sensing our world. Every few months, I gather a diverse group of conscious people and together we read the future. You will find our predictions here.

Stay hopeful and look for the more beautiful world that is rising up beneath the news headlines.

In 2014, I predicted a lightening event would happen in 2020 that would cause our world to shatter and then pivot us towards a better world. For the next six years we will transition towards this new world, as empathy and caring rise. It won’t happen all at once, though. We will struggle with each other and with ourselves. But you came here for this and the outcome for you individually can be positive and life changing. So it is an honor to be here because you get to rise. These are times for finding out who you are, why you are here, and fulfilling your purpose.

Predictions

Messages to Humanity

During our meditation I asked participants to imagine themselves high above the earth looking down upon the people, and allow a message for humanity to come to them. I have grouped the messages by theme. – Jeanne Mayell

Have no Fear.  Have Hope.  It’s going to be Okay.

  • It is going to be okay, whoever you are. No matter how you feel, you are loved, and you will be protected. Hang on. We are on our way to a better world. (Jeanne Mayell)
  • All is not lost. Don’t despair.  Better days are ahead.  Humanity is cherished and protected, especially in fearful times. (Bluebelle)
  • Do not be afraid. Events happen that are necessary for changing the world.  Think of crises as growing pains as the Earth births a new future.  (Bluebelle)
  • I see a ring of angels holding hands above the earth. They watch over us and they hear us. (Baba)
  • You will be ok. The Earth will be ok. It will take work, but the path is clear, and things will improve. (Baba)
  • Do not be afraid. You will feel better if you respect and live in harmony with nature. And remember that nature exists both outside of you and within you.  So, listen to your body’s messages.  And listen to the earth.  Do your part to honor and protect nature, and you will not be afraid. (Jeanne Mayell)
  • People are beginning to feel hopeful again. However, they are clear about the challenges that the world is facing. (Baba)
  • Do not be swayed by what you hear in the media, especially if it is driven by fear. I am reminded that F-E-A-R is False Evidence Appearing Real.  (deetoo)
  • Wings of fear should fly away. (CC21)
  • Hang in there! (CC21)
  • I see green pasture. (Sophie)
  • I hear good news for New Zealand. (Sophie)

This is a time of awakening.  A great turning has begun.

  • We are entering the Age of Intuition. (deetoo)
  • We’re watching and are proud of you. Something greater than yourself is coming, along with better days. We see your struggles. New people will take the lead. The next decades will be tumultuous but will also include great strides for humanity. (Seaholly)
  • Our Earth is a beautiful and precious jewel out in space. Forever changes are taking place on her. (Lovendures)
  • Things do not appear as they seem. Although the world seems in disarray, the healing has begun.  (deetoo)
  • I see a red desert as far as the eye can see. It is a desert created by climate change and it is uninhabitable.  The desert draws a line across the earth at the equator.  (Bluebelle)
  • Resolution and momentum in the positive direction is coming. (CC21)
  • Cleaning/cleansing is on the way. (CC21)
  • A great bird rises, its wings flapping as it climbs up through the air. In its talons an angry gargoyle-type creature is being carried away from the earth. (Lovendures)
  • The World is in turmoil, it is changing. The decade ahead is a difficult one but worthy one.  You don’t know what our intentions are, you can’t; you don’t always understand why things are happening this way.  Have faith. Volcanoes change the landscape of the planet when they erupt, the Earth itself burns as the lava flows down a valley.  Then with time, new islands are created, the soil becomes more fertile, new and greener vegetation grows and the planet only gets better vegetation.  The turmoil and upheaval going on in the world are just that, a volcano.  We are asking you to have faith and keep up the fight.  (Sophie)
  • Spirituality [be it new age, following an organized religion with good faith, good heart and without judgement] striving for the higher self is very important in these difficult times. And that’s part of the landscaper ever changing.  We must change our ways, and by doing so we will become stronger, happier, we will become what we should have been in the first place.  Follow the pyramid of Maslow.  (Sophie)
  • Sometimes, cleaning up a wound hurts! The wound is infected, it must be cleansed.  That’s why the next 8 to 10 years will be difficult.  I hear up to 2035.   (Sophie)
  • Things will slow down. The chaotic times are mostly behind us. Relax. It’s time to build. Your pain does not go unnoticed. Truth will set us free. (Arman)

  • We have arrived at the time when large changes are taking place in our world. You will all need to care for one another to successfully navigate what is coming. (Baba)
  • Be kind, be wise. (Lovendures)
  • Climate change is here and will get worse until humanity starts listening to nature’s message. It is time to stop focusing on growth and acquiring stuff, and instead focus on helping each other through the difficult time ahead. The extremes facing you will rock your lives. Make a change that will help your community’s survival. And do what is necessary to listen to nature. (Clara)
  • Looking down upon the earth and to all those who are worried and to all those who are scared: Take aim and step up. Now is the time that you have been waiting for. Now is the time to stand up and do what you know is right.  The fight is now, and the earth is hot.  Be your best self, and not a worrier, but a soldier.   (Andrew Posey)
  • The earth is now in a free fall. A fight for itself and a new way of being. I see the fires burn and the air is so dry.  I see this pushes people, but they don’t know where to go. There is no leader.  I see a huge statue with no head and the feet are of clay. We will all fall if we don’t all step up. Don’t wait for anyone else. Do it. (Andrew Posey)
  • Do what ought to be done. You will reach your goal. (Enkasongwriter)
  • Share your wisdom. (Enkasongwriter)

  • I see pulsating, golden waves of light. It is surrounding the world and penetrating all of us, bathing us in it. (CC21)
  • Feel the light. Open to it. It is here to help. We are here to help. (CC21)

  • So much light surrounding the world. Light and paper angels with their hands together and heads bowed in prayer. (Dannyboy)
  • Trials are coming but they will ultimately unite us, and humanity will prevail with love. Fear not, because love will unite us. Love is all and it is everything. Gather and hold hands with love. We are stardust, bright and powerful. (Tonya W)
  • Be one, we are one light. The world gets smaller. Your village grows. There are many changes ahead for humanity. Rise above the fear and be a beacon of light. (Teri)

  • Messages to Humanity about Ukraine and the World

    Made March 1, 2022

    • Don’t give up hope that good will win. This will not go on forever. Keep sending your good energy. It really helps. When we join our good energy, it brings about change. This is what must happen to bring about positive change. (Baba)
    • Forgive all.Fill your hearts with light and your light will expand to the world.  The people of Ukraine feel your love. They feel your protection. The hearts of the human collective will grow from this. Keep going. Become greater from this. (Jeanne Mayell)
    • I see an aerial view of Ukraine, then the entire world.I see a stream of blazing light shining from the heavens, creating a blanket of white light covering the sky.  I hear “expand, expand, expand your light!”  To me this means that we each play a part in making that happen.  When we each shine our light, it is amplified a hundredfold. (Deetoo)
    • Hold steady.Hearts are changing. Keep the light/flame going as the world needs us to tend to it. This light will stay banked in us and used to reignite hope and love when the time comes. That is part of our job. This is a necessary part of our evolution and growth, a tipping point. But it will not be quick. There will be a lot of suffering. (CC21)
    • It is a time of for us to all go to the light and the light is going to come in ways that we never thought were needed or necessary. It is the actions of each of us, in small ways, that will turn the balance. We are the shots of light in the dark. We need to be strong. (Andrew Posey)
    • Here in our own world it is important that we be kind.We are all in the exact places we need to be. I see all of us in the light and our light going into the general pool. It is a bank of light. We have all waited for this moment and our karma is related to how we will endure what is to come.  (Andrew Posey)
    • I see a canopy of white light spinning over the entire planet, starting at the top and moving downward. I hear a message, “You are not alone.” (Seeker4)
    • Do not despair. The light of truth will dissolve the darkness. Do not lose hope.  Hearts will be softened.  Truth shall prevail. Do not become bitter and hateful.  Choose kindness.  Choose love. (Deetoo)
    • The situation now is dire, but there is hope. Hope begets hope. Love begets love. (Lovendures)
    • Ukraine, you will not be vanquished.Hold steady and don’t despair. Higher powers watch over you. (Bluebelle)
    • This war will change everything. We are moving forward as a global community. We are waking up.  We are brought together, united.   We are all one tribe. The world is filled with so much love, it cuts through fear. It helps heal pain.  We are learning how to evolve into a more enlightened people. (Lovendures)
    • What is to come? The Light and the Dark and the Big Fight that is now coming into the fore. Be strong and be ready and be strong of heart.  “These are the Alps” (Note: this is a quote from a James Merrill poem.) (Andrew Posey)
    • Exhale.  Our job is to stand firm and steady. Resolute.  We each have a role to play.  We are all meant to be here.  (Deetoo)
    • Don’t give up, keep fighting and resisting, you will win, your hearts will rejoice, and you will recover. There will be glory for those who are fighting for justice. The dead have to be buried, honored and remembered and the buildings, parks and lakes have to be rebuilt and cleaned of all this toxic mess that has been let loose on this beautiful country Ukraine. (Clara)

    • This is not the end. This is the beginning. (Deetoo)

Overview Visions of the Ukraine War

(Predicted 3.1.22, except where indicated otherwise)

    • (Made 2.1.22 for Feb/March 2022) This vision is about Ukraine. I see the Capitol Building from a distance. There is a phone that is off the hook. I see soldiers in formation, ready to attack or defend. I see a dome building which I feel is the Pentagon. I see the U.S. president sitting at his desk and he looks like Munch’s The Scream. (Jeanne Mayell) Predicted 2.1.22 for Feb/March 2022.
    • Many people will be displaced by this war. They will sprout like sunflower seeds where they go, and their message will accompany them. This will influence the hearts and minds of many to help them and end this war. (Baba)
    • The people of Ukraine are fighting for their lives. They are learning about heroism. Many are terrified, many are running for cover. Meanwhile their president, Zelensky, stands strong. He feels this is his moment and he is not afraid. (Jeanne Mayell)
    • I see the cold wind and the harsh light of the days of war and there are people pulling their clothing tight, the wool of sweaters pulled tight against the wind and the cold.I feel the cold of the night and the sound of the bombs.  (Andrew Posey)
    • There is a sense of being in the middle of a car accident, with nothing to do but to see if you can live through what is about to crash.I feel the worry and the need to flee, but my feet are cold, and they have no place to go.  There is a sense of fear, and in my throat a tightening, a wanting to scream but knowing there is no place for that scream to go.  Except into the dark.  This is about the battle for good and the battle for evil, and the need for individual emergence and engagement.  (Andrew Posey)
    • The fierceness of the Ukrainian people is felt through the diaspora of Ukrainians around the world (generations who have migrated before to Canada, US, and other areas.) (CC21)
    • I feel that Ukraine will sustain losses but will not yield or fall. They (with the help of the world) will hold Russia off. (CC21)
    • It will take years for Ukraine to rebuild from the devastation of war, but they will persevere. Many nations will offer their aid and support in rebuilding their country. (Deetoo)
    • I hear Freddy Mercury singing the Queen song, “We are the champions, my friend. And we’ll keep on fighting till the end.” (Deetoo)
    • War is inevitable for Russia. This is for earth to change. The evolution is here; this is the last war of this kind. It is lopsided and ill-advised. It will turn everyone’s stomach. The next generation watches and will not allow it. (Teri)
    • Russia has limited resources and will not be able to continue their battle for long. The longer the war goes on, the more the Russian people turn against Putin and his enablers. (Baba)
    • Quite a few Russian soldiers use the opportunity to defect during this war. (Baba)
    • Putin has misjudged his own military. I see Russian military huddled together, deeply concerned. Morale has been affected.(Deetoo)
    • People are uniting all over the world, uniting against Russian aggression. (Bluebelle)
    • Finland and Sweden draw closer to NATO because of this. It has the opposite effect of what Putin wanted. (Baba)
    • Technology will be used against the Russians in surprising ways. (Bluebelle)
    • Putin orders the use of an illegal weapon (chemical or nuclear?) out of desperation, but his commanders do not want to carry out the order. It is one step closer to him losing power. I cannot see whether the attack is carried out. (Baba)
    • This is the beginning of the end of Putin’s brutal regime. Russia’s economy will be in ruins.Russian citizens will revolt. (Deetoo)
    • Russia will begin to implode. People are rising. (CC21)
    • The war will not go well for Putin. He may win the battle, but he will lose the war.  (Deetoo)
    • So much darkness in Putin’s world. What light there was is dimming. (Seeker4)
    • Because of this Ukrainian invasion, Putin is losing his country, even some closest to him.For the past week I’ve been hearing “Brutus.”  (Deetoo)
    • I saw Putin lying on top of a made bed in a dimly lit bedroom. He was wearing black slacks and a wrinkled, pit-stained white button-down shirt, loosened at the collar. His shoes were on his feet. A woman tentatively entered the room and delivered a message and left. Hearing it, Putin leapt out of the bed cursing, walked quickly to a high built-in shelf and opened it to reveal a very small, windowless room. It could have been a safe room or a small private office, but I didn’t see any furniture. As he entered and closed the door, I could see that he was utterly furious. His face was crimson, and he was spitting and swearing in rage. He was alone. (Vestralux) Predicted in early February, no time given. Comment: This speaks to how angry, paranoid, and isolated he’s become. It struck me that he was wearing dirty clothes, as if he was too paranoid to change them, maybe because of the potential for poisoning by his own FSB agents. I’m thinking of how they’ve been known to poison people by breaking into the dry cleaner’s and placing a miniscule amount of some toxic chemical inside the shirt collar. When the person wears that shirt and begins to sweat, the chemical is released, and they die.
    • Putin has something wrong in his head. It could be a tumor. No empathy for Putin who is ready to destroy everything in Ukraine and to destroy Zelensky, wipe him off the face of the earth. That is his evil wish. He will stop at nothing and cares about nothing. He is sick. He is evil and has no morality. He cannot see hearts and minds of people. He only feels pain and wants revenge because he and his dream of a strong Russia are destroyed. (Clara)
    • I don’t know how, but the people do not get destroyed; the country does not get taken. They fight back against evil, like Asterix and Obelix, fighting a giant Roman force. Their force beat the Russian forces. Putin’s soldiers are too young, and their hearts are not in it. Every time they set a tank down, and take a city, the resistance comes in and takes it out and reclaims the city. Cat and mouse. Mouse wins. It is clever and agile. (Clara)
    • My eyes go from the cold of the Ukraine to the deserts of Africa and a growing thirst and a growing hunger.Drought and no food. (Andrew Posey)
    • Putin will be destroyed. (Bluebelle) Made 3.23.22.
    • There will be cyber warfare in the US and across Western Europe.   It is an act of war by Russia.  The cyber attacks hit infrastructure-electrical grid.  Water supplies in major metro areas are affected.  It’s all resolved in a matter of weeks.  Government websites are affected.  Databases affected.   Disruption to supply chains. (Bluebelle) Made 3.23.22.
    • No nukes are used. (Bluebelle) Made 3.23.22.
    • Ukraine becomes part of NATO.  There is a ceasefire.  Tensions very high.  NATO is prepared to attack Russia.  Russia must withdraw, but it doesn’t. (Bluebelle) Made 3.23.22.
    • Putin is taken out of play from within Russian government/oligarchs.  They are ruthless. (Bluebelle) Made 3.23.22.
    • I see sunflowers and blue skies.  Ukraine inspires the world   People do not want to be ruled by bullies.  People the world over want democracy and they are reminded that it’s worth fighting for and dying for.  The world is watching the decimation of Ukraine in horror and the bravery of Ukrainians with awe.  They make the petty obsessions of the West look small and mean. (Bluebelle) Made 3.23.22.

    • “I see Bugs Bunny holding a carrot in front of Putin’s face as he teases, “what’s up Doc?” Then Bugs darts into his rabbit hole. What’s up with Putin? Periodically, an evil presence lunges for the bubble but its own momentum pushes the bubble higher and out of reach. At any time, the winds may shift. Zelensky must keep moving. • In the city there is still occupation and trouble, but this is not the occupation expected. There is not a winner here. There is still a war but it’s not going anywhere.  Dead in its tracks. There is not going to be the victory Putin saw or as easy as Putin thought it would be.  (Andrew Posey)

Summary of the Decade Ahead

Overview: For 2020 I had predicted our civilization would hit bottom and and then would begin to rise back up, although I’d seen it would not happen linearly or all at once.  It will happen in a spiral, in the same way that it unraveled, in fits and starts. Sometimes it will feel like we are progressing, and then it will feel like have reverted back to where we were before. It helps to understand that spirals are circles that move forward. So over time, we will see that we are on the way to a new paradigm.

  • We will discover from hardship, war, and climate disasters that we are all radically interconnected, and, gradually, we will begin to care for the earth and each other.
  • Women, and the feminine energy of caring will dominate our leadership.
  • The 20’s will be a period of great transition, where we will be reacting to climate-related events and scrambling to recover from them.
  • In the 30’s, we will have begun en masse to create the infrastructure and the technology to adapt to the new climate normal.  So while the 20’s will be a time of disruption and change, but that it will make way for a more progressive caring world.
  • As global warming accelerates, more will feel the pain of it, and more will therefore begin take progressive action.  By 2028, I see a greater respect for all people and all of life on earth in a way we have not known in our lifetimes. At the same time, the greatest challenges are ahead because climate change will accelerate as we enter the next decade.]
  • Migration: In the mid to late 2020’s people will begin moving away from climate hotspots, with this migration accelerating in spurts. In the 2030’s, I feel the government will enact water conservation and sharing initiatives from flood-stricken to drought-stricken areas, funneling water to where it is needed.  Heat pumps and new technologies will help residents to remain safely indoors throughout heat waves.

Good locations for migration: Until new technologies for coping with heat and drought are set in place, many will migrate to areas near the Great Lakes.  While meditating on the future back in 2014, I had a vision of the Great Lakes with bright light beaming off of them.  They are the largest body of fresh water in the world.  Be sure to purchase property where there are water rights and oppose political candidates (mainly GOP) who would privatize water access.

In general, I see migration going east of the Mississippi and north of the Mason-Dixon Line, but not on the Atlantic coastline below certain elevations.  Also good to have some arable land with a reliable water source, if you are planning for the 2030’s and beyond. In the east, which will be prone to virulent storms and hurricanes, avoid river flood zones.

  • Rise of Electric Cars and gas-free technologies:  We are going electric during the 2020’s. Electric charging  stations will become an amenity at hotels, parking lots (for a fee) malls and highways.  The car mechanic industry will change radically, since electric cars require much less maintenance and a different kind of maintenance. Faster charging and better batteries will enable people to drive longer distances. During the 2030’s  gas-powered engines will nearly disappear.
  • Road pollution will plummet, giving an economic boon to low-income neighborhoods near highways.  Electric cars do not pollute the air, and are much quieter than gas-powered cars. Greater proximity to highways will thus make these neighborhoods more desirable.
  • Solar power and wind energy will improve and rise. New fossil-fuel-free technologies will soar.  Zero carbon homes with heat pumps, solar, and a new form of pollution-free energy will replace fossil fuel. The government will provide rebates and discounts to enable people to retrofit their homes with zero-carbon technology. There will be a tree-planting surge.  I keep seeing (in my mind’s eye) some kind of ocean or aqua agriculture that will help capture carbon but it will have to be balanced with the needs of marine life.
  • An epic drought will hit large parts of the U.S.  in the mid 2020’s: In 2010, I had a vivid vision (vividness is a sign of accuracy) that around 2025-8, the American Heartland will face an epic drought that will simply not go away.   The aquifer that has watered a breadbasket for centuries runs dry.  These changes will shift how we live and how we treat the earth.  Heat will begin surging during this decade and by 2030, everyone on this earth will understand the climate crises is here. This is sad, but there is a positive side: It will change our paradigm to caring for the earth and for each other. It will restore the humility that many of our indigenous populations knew, but modern humans had lost.
  • Coastal properties: Long before the the seas start to overwhelm the coasts, coastal property owners will see high flood insurance, along with more frequent storms, some areas will no longer be insurable.  In the late 2020’s and early 2030’s coastal property owners will then begin to sell and move, hoping to beat the falling property values.  Seas will begin to flood coastal properties in earnest in the 2030’s. By 2040, seas will have risen 2-3 feet.  By 2075, 10 feet, and by 2100, 20 feet or more. While these numbers are radically higher than current scientific predictions, I feel they are conservative.
  • Storms will increase and occur in unexpected places, including tornados, hurricanes, and other forms of storming never before experienced in size, power, windspeed and destruction.
  • Firestorms: In the west we will see firestorms in unprecedented size, speed, and frequency. This is due to the increase in drought, heat and wind.
  • Changes in home building, zoning, building codes, government incentives for sustainable living and new ways to accommodate the surging heat, storms and extreme weather conditions.
  • On the eastern seaboard, people will begin retrofitting their homes and businesses to protect from flood waters, humidity, and mold.
  • We will see a home-building trend where homes will will be built below ground instead of above ground, with the ground floor being the highest floor.  Like children returning to their mother, humans will huddle in the earth for protection from the heat and storms.
  • Politics:  I  do not feel the Republican Party of Trump will see another presidency although they will try and the next election will be a cliff hanger all the way to Inauguration Day.  It will be a hard battle for democracy and progressives will need all hands on deck to help win it.  In a 2015 meditation of the late 2020’s, I saw a vision of an elephant crying as the party’s numbers fizzle to a small fringe minority.  The trauma people suffered from the extreme GOP-led policies will haunt their party for years to come. Moderate Republicans will try to restore the party’s popularity by shifting the brand, but the country’s youth is coming of age, and they are more progressive.
  • Increasingly states will take matters into their own hands, defying federal mandates. In 2014, 15, 16, 17, 18, and 2019, I predicted that we would see greater state independence from the Federal government in the 2020’s.  I wrote that California would come close to a separate country. I’ve had a number visions since 2011 of people on both sides of the political spectrum defying Washington, especially in rural areas, but also in California.
  • Pandemic: Covid and its variants will be with us through 2022 and become more like the flu in 2023.  Wesern countries, including the U.S., will see a new trend of wearing masks when people get flu, colds, and, yes, covid. The immune-compromised, including many elderly, will continue to wear masks indoors longer than any other group.
  • Rise of New Generation of Progressives: I have seen a growing population of progressive young people who are already busy carving a path to a better world. They are multicultural, iconoclastic and anti-establishment. They pursue sustainability, fairness to the working person and middle class, and hard work. They will show toughness and courage in the years ahead. Many are spiritual, rather than religious, developing their own beliefs rather than following an organized religion.  I see many of them living off the grid or nearly off the grid in small homes.
  • The Supreme Court, largely shaped by Trump and the Republicans, will become increasingly at odds with the progressive direction of America. Working behind the scenes, our forefathers and foremothers will be sitting among them in spirit and whispering in their ears.  A new progressive judge will help the balance of thinking. I saw the most conservative of them ten years from now as emotionally ailing, toxic, and well aware that they had become irrelevant. Amy Conant Barrett will be an anachronism, even to her church, which itself will become split as the fundamentalist elders die out. Kavanaugh will become defiant and embattled, leaning heavily on some woman to protect him, as the press disrespects him.  Clarence Thomas will have resigned, the toxicity within him having reached such great levels, that he just has to leave to clean himself out.

Some Lifestyle Changes I feel may be coming:

  • Chasing Winter (instead of summer) In the 2030’s and 40’s people who can afford to travel will chase winter to escape the fierce heat the way they now chase summer, heading for the Southern Hemisphere when it is winter there, and returning to the northern hemisphere when it is winter there.
  • The tiny homes industry will flourish, as people move to open land in the north and buying arable land and homesteading will become popular among young American families.
  • Below-ground homes and other home construction changes will abound in the late 2020’s and throughout the 2030’s.
  • The disaster restoration industry will flourish because of storms, flooding and fires.
  • Rise of regular and high speed rail travel: Around the world, especially in Europe, many will jettison cars for clean energy and highly accessible rail travel.
  • The most vulnerable areas to floods and fires from climate change will begin to lose value first with soaring home insurance rates, then become uninsurable altogether. Property values of these homes will plummet in these areas as people migrate.
  • Coastal communities will at first try to build hurricane barriers or other methods to hold back the rising seas. These high cost bandages will work for a while to hold up property values, but only long enough for investors to sell before the inevitable collapse.  Taxpayers should beware of government schemes, driven by property investors, to get them to pay for sea rise protection which will not work over time.
  • I see acres of greenhouses with flexible roofs to adapt to extremes in rainfall.
  • In the 2030’s, Canada and higher cooler elevations will become desirable, with millions migrating to their better climate with arable soil.
  • People with foresight will buy large tracts of arable land in Canada and set up cluster living around the farms. Families will live in tiny homes on the properties, and gather together for cooperative living.
  • New permaculture farming techniques brought back from ancient times will help us adapt. I have seen the spirits or ancient people rising from the land to help us survive.
