Each Wednesday, I will lead a guided meditation beginning with a yoga Nidra relaxation, followed by setting intentions and finally a healing of our selves, our loved ones and our world. We will then join hands and create a group healing energy and send healing to each person in our meeting and then to specific groups that people chat in during the session or mention to me before we start. In the past we have focused healing on people in ICU, on ventilators, as well as their families and loved ones, on children, animals in need of love, and any and all of those who are vulnerable right now, including undocumented people and those in institutional settings. You can chat in whoever you want us to send healing to and you will be able to create your own healing circle. We will also sending healing to each participant.
The positive intention part of the meditation is a sankalpa or an intention from the heart, to help you focus on the path you want for your life.
We will be done within 45 minutes to 1 hour from the start. I will end the meeting within an hour from the start.
Try to come on time. I close the doors about fifteen minutes into the meeting.
