He is back in the news.

Senator Sheldon Whitehouse, a Democrat from Rhode Island who sits on the Judiciary Committee, is requesting Justice Department support for a Senate review of the FBI's actions.

The FBI investigation into sexual misconduct investigations against Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh during his confirmation process may have been "fake" and compromised by politics, a senator alleges in a letter to the new attorney general, Merrick Garland.

Also, how Kavanaugh’s substantial personal indebtedness was settled up before he was confirmed.

@jessi1978

I saw this yesterday and wondered who would be the first to post this.

I can remember a few of you saw Brett losing his spot or "not staying on the supreme court for long" on your meditations. Hopefully, this is what you were seeing.

@jessi1978

Certainly the irony that it is Garland who has been asked to look into the Kavanaugh hearing process is not lost on anyone in this forum.

Who paid his massive debt off, and what did orange sh*tbag said to Justice Kennedy that made him visibly stop short in his tracks?

There was a very specific prediction a while back, "Kavanaugh will be investigated," but I can't recall who made it.

He perjured himself. He has no business being on the court, nor does Barrett, who McTurtle McHypocrite jammed through at the eleventh hour.

There is massive corruption with in our government and the supreme court is not untouched.  Kavanaugh attended Georgetown Prep School with Neil Gorsuch.  Gorsuch was 2 years behind Kavanaugh.  In 1993 both of them clerked together for Justice Anthony Kennedy.  Trump filled Kennedy's vacated seat with Kavanaugh.  Anthony Kennedy's son Justin was Trump's loan officer at Deutsche Bank.  Justin also had worked at Goldman Sachs for Steve Mnuchin before Mnuchin became treasury secretary.  Gorsuch is the son of Anne Gorsuch who was EPA administer under Reagan.  Her husband, Robert Burford was the head of the Bureau of Land Management.  Both worked to gut and weaponize their agencies which made it easy to later destroy the EPA and for the Bureau of Land Management to auction off public land to fuel and lumber interests.  Anne Gorsuch was forced to resign in 1983 due to corruption allegations.  Kavanaugh also clerked at the Chicago Law Firm Kirkland & Ellis.  Health and Human Services Secretary Alex Azar and Kenneth Starr both had ties to Kirkland & Ellis.  In addition Kavanaugh was a year behind Azar at Yale Law School.  Kavanaugh also worked for Starr when Starr was solicitor general under George H.W. Bush.  Azar, Starr and Kavanaugh all overlap at Kirkland & Ellis.  Yet another attorney at Kirkland & Ellis was Jay Lefkowitz.  Lefkowitz, Starr and Alan Dershowitz were the original defense team for Jeffery Epstein, where they negotiated an agreement that allowed Epstein to a 13 month work release program in 2008.  The deal was helped through the fact that the prosecutor was Alex Acosta.  Acosta was Trump's secretary of labor.  He worked at Kirkland & Ellis with Azar and Kavanaugh.  This is but one example of the kleptocracies within our nation.  Appoint your friends and your friends friends and you can rob and deny the public of their wealth and justice.  Of course it could be a general quid pro quo.  Want to see a more egregious kleptocracy look at McConnell and his wife's family as well as his ties to  the Rusal Aluminum Plant in Eastern Kentucky.

He is back in the news. This time what the FBI did with the 4500 tips they received on him. They did nothing!!

The FBI disclosed that it received more than 4,500 tips on a phone line in 2018 as part of a background investigation into then-Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh and provided "relevant" ones to former President Donald Trump's White House counsel.

@jessi1978 Thank you for finding this. Don't we have a prediction about Kavanaugh being in the news?
