Hi Crew, here is the 4th Remote viewing task.

After the uproar this week, where we did the Tragic Toronto homicides, I have picked a careful and simple task.

This week, we are going to try and view the future. So here goes!

Target: Washington

Date: two dates. Washington in 2030, and Washington in 2040.

Zone: Central Washington.

Things to be viewed, both date years, 2030 and 2040

1: how does Washington look? how is it different from how it looks today?

2: What do the people look like there? are they ok, or what?

3; any major changes in buildings or landmarks?

4: Traffic. describe vehicles, etc.

5: how would you describe the overall changes from today, for both dates?

Thats it. Take your time, make notes, etc, and go back for another look, if required. you have a week for this one. The RV task finishes next friday night.

Have fun!

Zoron.

Zoron,

I'll preface by saying one of my biggest psychic challenges is time.  So looking at a specific time or saying specifically when something will happen is a challenge for me and something I am eager to improve.

I did Washington DC in 2030 this morning and will do 2040 later.  The first thing I saw were crocus pushing up through the ground around the base of Lincoln's statue, then a large field of daffodils.  The sun was coming up over the mall and it was absolutely silent .  No people anywhere, but very peaceful, not creepy.  Astoundingly beautiful - the sunrise was a tangerine pink and was reflected on the reflecting pool.  I didn't see the monument, but I was looking at the Lincoln memorial.

Then I found a teenage boy with a bike.  This image kind of segued into a vision of the pony express boys.  He had a horse and a double saddle bag.  Then he changed back to his modern self with the bike, but still had a double satchel bag.  I followed him to Congress and up the steps.  He had a delivery for congressman Johnson about DACA.  That was all I got.

I can't tell if the pony express was an indication that mail delivery will be different, or if I was seeing a past life for the boy I met.  I hesitate to put in the part about DACA because it is clearly an issue now and may be not in 2030, but I heard what he said very clearly, and have learned to not "edit" the things I get while reading from spirit.

I'll do 2040 later.  Many thanks!

Just to clarify, are we scanning Washington state or Washington, DC? Because I started scanning central Washington, state, and got a whole other set of issues...

Please feel free to post, it would be interesting of itself. meanwhile, check out Washington DC

2030 WET. Storm surge up the bay, 18 inch general rise or sink or something affecting foundations. I see a lot of what look like parking lots full of water reflecting the setting sun (now there's a metaphoric image for ya--the sun has set on Washington). I heard Anacostia's gone (although my sense of timing sort of sucks, that may be mid 30's).  I don't have a good sense of where this is, but there are underground installations that are affected & must be abandoned. (Feels like they may be "secret", like there's a scrim between me and it trying to prevent me from seeing. Sorry, guys, still see you!) Feels like decisions being made to abandon some land between forks in a river, while trying Holland type diking (or at least studying it) to prevent loss of the Mall. I also see what feels like some buildings tipping...foundations are less secure due to hydrology of bedrock if there is any.

Overall, due to disasters around the country, budgetary reasons, political reasons some large departments are no longer housed in the DC area. Cheaper to relocate the Department of Agriculture to the Midwest than to rebuild in spendy DC. So less traffic, offices moving out of wet areas going into other buildings. This physical reshuffling resonates to a political reshuffling of locus of power.  Some sadness at loss of the Glory Days of Washington...it's become just another drowned rat of a city on the coast.

Lots of that relocation stuff going on piecemeal. It feels deflationary.

I see what looks like a resurgence of the 1940's--determination, disasters coped with by bare hands. Modest, 'slow' fashion is in style, not sleazy disposable stuff from Indochina. Much more emphasis on homegrown fashion imagery, styles hearkening back to our days of greatness.  Like we pulled together as a nation to win WWII, we can pull together to face climate change. Deliberate evocation of that feeling.

Oh, I just got that traffic's less partly because people aren't owning their own cars so much, esp. the less wealthy. Some people car share, others bike, others on trains, some large apartment blocks offer a driverless mini-bus service as a utility. More stuff done by virtual meetings.

Mostly Washington no longer glitters. It looks down at the heels, kinda post-war, but I'm not seeing bomb-craters. More like the aftermath of a hurricane.

I've a nascent sense of a religious revival brewing, but only on the horizon.

In 2040 I get a huge candlelight vigil in the snow.  There are thousands of people walking and singing in the snowfall with candles.  There is great sadness and a sense of tribute as well.  There is great solidarity among the people, and I don't sense anger or division anywhere.  I don't see any buildings in this vision, just the mass of people walking down a street.  That's all I got for 2040.

Zoron, this is fun!  I did this before reading other posts.  Can’t wait to read them.

RV: Washington in 2030
Light Debris in the streets-scraps of paper, littering.
People in front of the White House are just passing by...not stopping to have their pictures taken. So, don’t see a lot of tourists. The atmosphere is different. There’s a loss of power for our government, even for lobbyists. Subdued. Weird. White House looks the same. The parks, the monuments, are all intact but not as pristine condition like today-less money allocated for maintenance. The Trump hotel is gone. The FBI is still there, men and women still serving their country and dedicating their lives to work for the FBI. I took a look at Congress-there are many more women representatives and senators. It’s less of a media circus than present day. Less drama. The women are draining the swamp of lobbyists. There’s a move to introduce term limits but not successful, yet. I get a blank regarding the Supreme Court. Overall, there’s a sense of diminished power here. Something has happened to our country. The population of the metro area is lower because there are fewer lobbyists and Federal employees. The old timers in the Pentagon are making do with less money for our military. There’s a concerted effort to right the wrongs brought about by our current administration/regime, but the damage was so extensive, it’s going to take more years to recover. I sense it will never be the same, but there will be innovations and creative changes ahead. Optimism here.

RV: Washington in 2040

More Congressional business is handled remotely through video meetings. Even Congressional voting can be done remotely. So representatives spend more time in their districts with the citizens they serve rather than inside the Beltway of D.C. The Supreme Court is different...no more lifetime appointments. There must have been some scandals or abuse of power to cause this. The city looks good, actually in better condition than 2030. I keep seeing a new rail system, above ground, very futuristic. Quiet transportation. It’s become a more pedestrian city. Much less crime in the DC compared to today. There are amendments to the Constitution, maybe about eliminating the Electoral College. The president is now elected by popular vote. Also, it’s illegal to discriminate against women and minorities. Equal pay. The city looks different at night...there’s a different lighting system, new technology-less glare, beautiful. People are concerned about the climate and environment.

I'm not good at this but want to keep trying.

2030

The streets are deserted.  It doesn't feel frightening just empty. There are temporary chain link fences around the Capitol and some monuments to prevent looting or graffiti but there doesn't seem to be much interest in anyone performing these actions.  There is some damage to the Washington Monument.  It's been toppled with some graffiti.  This action prompted the installation of fences around other places like the Capitol but the fences really weren't necessary.  I have a feeling the Washington Monument being toppled is a symbol or action of the downfall of male dominated governing since it is a phallic symbol to many women.

It's very quiet as if governing has been relocated.

I'll try 2040 later.

This is a very fun and awesome exercise!

2030 - It is still there. There are fences around all major monuments that prevent people from getting close. It's got more riot protection. They've erected heavy duty storm protection in the Delaware River to protect the city.   They had some bad storms and flooding.   Federal buildings are still there with people working in them.

2040: It is very soggy. I'm not sure if it's been moved but it's wet.  Storm protection has been rebuilt a few times.  It feels smaller and the interest in it is historical and tourism, rather than lobbying and politics.  The population of lobbyists, special interests, and the huge numbers of staff have dropped precipitously. They now know the schedule that sea level rise is on and it means the city will have to move.  They have a good sense of the exponent that climate change is increasing by.

Will check into this again on a quieter day for me.

2040

Thousands of people have opened up the chain link fence around the Capitol building but don't move toward climbing the stairs.  They are standing en masse watching the Capitol.  Then a line of people push their way through the middle of the crowd and form a human wall moving toward the Capitol.  These are dark energy people dressed in dark 1940s type clothing.  It feels like WWII/Hitler energy. Their arms are around each other as they push their way toward the Capitol steps.  A dark haired woman appears at the back of this mass of people.  She is the force pushing this mass of people and appears rather maniacal - very scary person.  She pushes and pushes as her face contorts with the effort.  She gets them close to the Capitol but can't get this huge group up the steps and they gradually drop off and disappear.  There is a protective bubble around the Capitol that they can't break through.

It feels like there will be an attempt by a group of people led by a woman to infiltrate the government for their own purpose but this fails because of protections that are in place.  I hope this means that we will successfully create new laws that will protect Congress from any future attempts at a coup such as the one we're experiencing now.  It also feels like American citizens will be closely watching Congress.  Something that we've been weak at in the past which allowed the Republicons to take over.

Task: describe what you see.

Things to add to the  RV scan.

1:What season is it?

2:What road signs can you see?

3:Billboards. What do they show and say? (There are still boards, or are they giant video screens?

4:Logos. do buildings  have  logos on them? what do they say?

5:Did anyone get inside the halls of congress, and what did they see?

6: who is president? are there any indications?

7:Did anyone see aircraft overhead, and what did they look like?

8: did anyone see anything that looked like a newscast?

9:did anyone see shops, stores, and go into them? what did they see?

Are there any public buses in the streets?

This could all be useful. lets see what we get!

I am writing this in the night of the full super, blood, moon. I went outside into the dark and came in to write this from notes. It is more likely symbolic and influenced by the energies of now, the changing, the moon, the dark and the blood color. It is taken from old notes as explained:

Three nights ago I woke suddenly and wrote down notes in a tiny notebook I couldn't read. So I typed this in a message to myself so I wouldn't forget. I couldn't decide where to put it, what is was for, but now I believe it is for here. Hopefully, it has some meaning that is useful and can be of service in finding the hidden truths we do not want to face about a secret city teeming with rot.

January 2018 to January 2038: 20 years of Dancing on the moon, laughing at those who seek power over us as they attempt to crush our hopes, our dreams, our spirit.

I feel a Triumperate of powers, I see things going from all the colors of the rain bow to black and white, old time film, old time movies, projectors in theaters with black and white people watching the Man from High Tower, the movie, I feel a rise through the darkness of loss and pain striving like bulbs to get above ground from darkness, loss and pain to full glory, power, and purpose here on earth. there has been decades or rot, stench, garbage, piles of people and blankets in long narrow dark places trying to keep alive, giving up and many dying. I feel the spirit of Lincoln. light in front of his statue of hope. He has been sitting here for a very long time waiting for change to happen for the people he fought so hard for.

Others are still trying to battle the dark and the sound of shattering glass provides a back drop to the remnants of a civilization once in its glory. Now the reflecting pools are covered in algae. The tall thin monument of glory like Washington, itself, is leaning and its power and glory all but destroyed. It is the leaning tower of Pisa gone but still here tipping over more and more as the earth shook as it was bombastically destroyed and leveled for all to see what really is and has been here all along.

The full super blood moon that started in January of 2018 and lasted for so long has been followed by the perpetual black moon that this place has always been we just didn't want to see it, see its people as they sickened and died and rotted from the inside out. Black and white, brown and yellow, the camouflage color of green that stands for the army but also is the energetic color of cancer now has undertones of pink and is being revived bit by bit as we change our colors and our spots.

I see hovering crafts in the sky, long tubes that vibrate in and out of view. Now you see them, now you don't. In and out of space and time between dimensions of reality. I see billboards tattered and torn but also digital things that flicker in and out and say advertising things where advertising is paying for everything . Signs point to food, to shelter, it is like the holocaust where people are shown what line to get in. The violins have been playing for a very long time. None of us wanted to listen to their song. It hurt too much to bear, to know this truth that we could have done differently so long ago.

There is a rising moon until 2038 when it gets black again, for 40 days and 40 night and then rises to light again. It is like watching a war movie in the aftermath of a tattered place and time being infiltrated by alienated people seeing answers and fighting for survival in a place that no longer serves as anything but a homeless camp for immigrant peoples seeking the shelter and refuge and promises of the Statue of Liberty now with tired but still militant voices demanding change. Flags are everywhere, lots of red, people carrying flags tattered and torn but wanting to believe that there is still power for and in the people of a different but still united states that is rising up and away once again.

I am vibrating in and out only now I understand why and how I did it. I still serve a purpose in raising up others. We all do. Most of us are still here in one form or another. The people at the center have changed, their vibrations went so very low but now we are all helping them. We are aware and we see all that we could not see before and now we know how to change them. The energy sources are different, stronger, A new kind of power and technology from the ground up. Breaking ground. Swelling and rippling the earth from the deep cracks the dying grass , the roots revitalizing from mutations that seemed dead but are now growing again.

I feel tricked, deceived. This is harder than the homicides  because I felt inside the disenfranchised people at the center of the pain of the rot. I am exhausted, we all are. A lot of really hard work to get us to where we needed to be for everyone, everywhere. But we have not given up we are like the people sleeping on the ground in long narrow places waiting for a better day and holding on, holding on with faith born of years of waiting. We are the new collective because now we are truly one and feel what one another feel, walk in one another's shoes, dream one another's dreams right along with them.

Second scan of Washington, DC in 2030:

There are still buses, but they are electric and powered by solar energy. There are solar panels built into the tops of the buses to provide energy to supplement bus charging stations. This is not yet citywide, but the transition is happening in 2030.

I don’t see any billboards…I see electronic screens on buildings that take their place.

In some ways, it feels like we are stepping back in time to the 50’s only with way cooler technology. Something bad happens to our country well before 2030, because the mood is so different. Less hubris.  So, it's like the 50's without the bravado and energetic growth.

I walk up the steps of Congress, through the rotunda. It all looks the same. I go into the House chamber and they are voting on a bill regulating agriculture, something to do with animals. I’m guessing all the deregulation of the current administration led to contamination of the food supply, meats and vegetables.

I go into the White House…the president is male, maybe fifties, dark hair graying. I can’t read if he’s a Republican or Democrat. Somehow I don’t think it’s a Republican. He seems to be in office as a populist, a real populist as opposed to our current “Fake” populist.

No planes. Not safe for planes over the district.

Newcast: I see a government news broadcast (how can this ever be a good thing??). The newscaster is talking about China. China is imposing tariffs on the US. Retaliation.

I see shops with luxury goods…not many people shopping, though. Most of the buyers are foreign visitors to the capital.

Will take a look at 2040 later, Zoron.

Okay, my take on 2040:

Elon Musk type of persons (ingenuity, visionary energy and engineering instinct) has changed the world in terms of transportation and other technological means that will envelope the new world eventually. However, the new technology isn’t wide spread and because of the rift and undulating stability of the American society only areas of key importance and that have the financial means can afford better transportation. Old junk cars everywhere behind the scenes, normal cars are hardly driving anymore, gas is rare

The president, whoever it is, doesn’t have the same status anymore, especially globally. He (I think at that time 2040 president will be male) is more like a high level admin person. There is more humbleness I the air, and therefore the vibe is quite peaceful…

Washington DC is one of those key areas that will display the USA past in a post apocalyptic (too strong of a word, yet, not much time has passed) world. A bit like those ghost towns in the wild west that are kept as museums and historical education. Nice facades at the front, abandoned at the back, yet oozing with historic importance.

Its’ winter, snowy, mild, snowy, early spring, soggy, soggy, hot humid, then unbearable so… I too vibe strongly with color of peach, pink orange, soft blues, a wintry morning glow

Advertisement, appeases to the future generation, shows ways to shake off the past (inherited depth, hope to built new structure of finance, infrastructure, community and belonging in a self-organized fashion). There will be protected hipster-communal areas for those who can afford it. But most people self-organize and learn how to use what the hyper-Capitalistic times left behind. I see the upcoming importance of recycling, diy, ways to transform plastic garbage into something useful. These people are angry at the past, but not enough to let them be distracted to create a better now.

There are also kryptocurrency sort of ads; save living communities with strong support networks

People of color/ mixed races will be majority, especially with tourist influx here in Washington. I feel the Asian have taken a strong interest in studying recent American history, they just can't quite belief what happens to us...

Hi, I decided that the RV task should be given a final extension, before we move on to the next RV task. It is clear that something very large, and significant, will happen, to America, before 2030, due to the condition of Washington in 2030 observed by the RV operatives in the Crew. It might be a good idea, before we pass on, to try and find out exactly what will happen. I am asking for one last scan, of Washington in 2025. Try and get election inauguration day, if you can. Otherwise as for the other scans. we need to pin down an approximate date for this event. if it is after, or before 2024, so as to do further work later. Thanks. we move on to the next RV Late Saturday. Good viewing.

So, I read responses after I did both years up to the point Zoron asked for more info.  I went back in and am getting things that are contrary to me.  I don't know if this is because I'm perhaps seeing things from two possible different branches of the timeline, or I'm just not clear.  In 2030, I see drones in the sky - the little ones that you can buy and fly now.  I don't see buses, but a self driven light rail - no humans driving.  There is a traffic circle that is packed with cars driving round and round.  I don't see news.  No papers, no broadcasts. I can't really locate any people even with all the cars in the traffic circle, and why the drones?  Are they flying themselves? I feel like I've landed in a sci-fi movie. I sense people may be underground, but I don't know how to get to them.  It is fall, grey sky and blustery - no color in the leaves, must be late October or November.

2040 it is winter and snowing.  There are warming stations which are essentially trash barrels on fire which people huddle around for a bit and move on to the next, like stations on a sight seeing tour.  There are many people following the stations, bundled up and somber.  Not much chatter, quiet murmuring, an attitude of reverence.  I can't see what is at each station except the burning barrels.  The snow is mesmerizing - large flakes glimmering in the fire light.  Falling straight down, no wind.  We all arrive at the end point and wait for those behind us.  When everyone is in the gathering, we sing my country 'tis of thee.

So I had a pretty consistent read on 2040 and it feels to me like the federal government's absolutely done at that point.  We remember and honor what it once was when it was good - grieve for it even, but it is now a thing of the past.

2030 is a mass of contradictions for me.  I get everything from the pony express to DACA legislation to fields of flowers to drones and humans hunkering underground.  Is this because 2030 is still up for grabs so to speak?  Is this what it feels like to read a timeline that has not been "decided" yet?

OK, now I get to go read more responses - Yay!

I don't get an inauguration in 2025.  What I see is frenetic packing.  Piles of papers are shoved in boxes and hustled out of the building- passed hand to hand to large trucks.  A man is giving instructions on what to take and what to leave behind.  I hear him say No, not that one.  I think this is Congress, but it also feels like a news agency running full tilt to make a deadline.  There is a large fire by the side of the truck and some boxes are thrown in the truck, some on the fire.  I don't think these are military, the truck is white - some type of moving van - a big one.  I don't see a logo on it.  I'd say about a hundred people are here clearing out.

ETA I don't think the worst has happened yet.  I think there is a cataclysmic event in 2027 but have no idea what it is.
