It sounds like a very mixed picture, interesting that if you mix the colours blue and red you get purple.

Are there any signs of a new party gaining traction in America? Europe has seen many new parties appear so i'm wondering if the same thing is happening in the USA?

Are people getting fed up with politics? other predictions here seem to suggest that people will turn their backs on politics.

I get the feeling people have had enough of politics in the UK, it's become toxic and ridiculous.

Andrew said that it seemed as if in the winning we have lost.  That condition might explain why I did not feel good about the outcome.

If we win the Presidency but not the Senate, I'm seeing nothing but obstruction.  If I had to choose, I'd rather win the Senate.  If, God forbid, ConDon gets in, he will self-destruct.  But Snapping Turtle is destroying the Senate.  I heard Jon Tester speaking on Morning Joe today.  He said that there is minimal voting on actual policy legislation -- all Turtle does is push through judges.
