I have heard from a Brazilian who is dismayed about Bolsonaro and what is happening to their country under his rule.  "Brazil is a huge country, rich in biodiversity (so far), world's food producer and so that is being now misgoverned by the most dangerous idiot in the world... ...anxiety here is high."

Does anyone have any thoughts to add to this  situation? Calling all Brazilians and all light workers to weigh in here.

My gut says Bolsonaro will do a lot of harm, and will not fall out of power until well after Twitler does here, whenever that will be...

Thank you Jeanne by opening this topic.

It's me the Brazilian in despair...

Well, there are a lot of atrocities going on in Brazil, more than usual, but, what may have a worldwide concern and also the next generations', is that the deforestation is munching Amazon Forest. The government took advantage of coronavirus drawing much attention, also added a lot of misinformation and confusion to unbalance our minds, and facilitated the destruction of the forest with disabling the agencies that care the environment, legalizing wood from illegal deforestation and legalizing illegal forest occupation for invaders (farmers, miners, and real states). Last year Amazon burnt as never before... ...this year, the deforestation is 50% faster than last year....

Apart of being a biodiversity hotspot, nest of ancient cultures, etc., Amazon Forest regulates the climate in South America. The rain that irrigates sugar-cane, soy bean, corn, coffee, rice, beans, pastures, comes from the underground of Amazon: the trees collect such water and pump to the atmosphere where is carried by the winds towards south. Deforesting, the cycle gets unbalanced. Beginning this year (February, March, 2020) we had massive rainfall that killed dozens in some states here, a rainfall never registered in Brazil. Now, there are states suffering from drought, also never registered in such scale.

Unfortunately, I am not gifted as you are to predict by sensing the future, I just collect information and try to make sense.

If some of you could look into such matter, would be great...

Cheers

Brazil’s health minister resigns after one month.  Following Bolsonaro is like following another Trumper governor except Brazil is Latin America’s largest nation.

He has now put a general, who has zero health experience,in charge of health to take over how they should handle the pandemic there.

These right wing militant leaders, just as in the United States, increasingly give me the impression that they do not care who dies, it’s only about money.

So the very wealthiest isolate in their remote luxury retreats, flying on private airplanes, while 100,000 people die. It isn’t an elite rallying call of “let them eat cake,” it’s a rallying call of “let them just die.”

If you subscribe to ProPublica.com, You already know that Trump funneled $20 million in aid to a private jet company that donates to his campaign and Betsy Devos, Funneled aid to her favorite private schools.

None of this surprises me, it’s just so ugly and dark.

@jeanne-mayell    Regrettably I see the people take to the streets, torches setting things on fire and  then the military lets loose. Also see massive food shortages and bodies thrown into mass burials. I see     nothing pleasant over the next year, but surprisingly, w/ the potential looming large that Blue will         finally take a seat in the White House, I feel the possibility of a coalition of forces headed by the U.S.      to suddenly attack and overthrow the present govt. For some reason I feel the present evil head of       Brazil will be 1st offered a chance to resign peacefully and get on a plane that will take him and his so-called family to a country that will take him or face the consequences of a military coup.

@dhyanaji  At the moment, Red is not planning to give up the WH.  It will take a strong and focused and massive effort to get blue in the WH. At the moment, I am filling out post colored marker post cards to alert Georgia voters that they have been thrown off the rolls.

@jeanne-mayell    Re: Georgians Thrown Off Voter Rolls

Jeanne,    Have you ever checked out Stacy Abrams site, "FairFight.com" ?????? Stacy has devoted her

life to fighting voter suppression in it's many forms. She served 10 yrs as a Georgia Rep., is a graduate

of Yale Law School, and a prolific book author and speaker on the subject of voting rights. As you are

such a gifted intuitive I think it would be wonderful if you could/would share any insights you might have '

regarding tampering w/ voter rolls etc. To be Forewarned is to be Forearmed !!!  I feel you could

privately dialogue w/ her at some not too distant future time depending on how you present/bring your

insights to her site. We all know anyone and everyone is trying to get her attention since her very, very

narrow loss to that creep, Kemp for the Governor's seat and a massive push by many, myself included,

to have Biden choose her as his running mate. Yes, I know, he's been leaning towards Kamala for

awhile but he's intrigued by Miss Abrams and if not his choice for V.P. he'd sure love to have her in a top

position in the W.H.  He knows she's a force to be reckoned with and knows how to work with grace and

humility in any position. She truly believes in her lifetime mission "to be of service" and in that regard

she and Biden are on the same humble page.  You truly are an extraordinarily gifted soul and I once

again want to thank you for channeling the Light of Father Sun and opening the path and teaching other

LightWorkers how bring the Light of Truth into their lives and opening their way to "Vision."

Blessings to You and Your Circle of Loved Ones"............Namaste'

@jeanne-mayell     I totally agree w/ you that Red does not want to give up the W.H. and it will almost be a fight to the death to decide this. This was never about being a Prez to any of the people. The Right  were only pawns to be used to assume power the 1st time to begin the process of dismantling Democracy and raiding our Pantries in every way that they could. The 2nd term is for further dismantling Democracy and serving the Global Criminal Enterprise hat is Oligarchs, the Invisible Powerful Elite etc. And their goal is to carve up the pie/ The World into Territories for the Taking and Power Over. It's that chessboard that long ago was written about. I'll find the book and it's author and post it so that everyone can see how this grand scheme, long ago planned, has come to fruition in oh so many frightening ways over this past century. It's still a Plan in Progress. This Pandemic in many ways is The Universe's Way of giving us an opportunity to reclaim what's been stolen by putting things on Pause for a Cosmic Moment. There's a tidal wave of shifting energies during this period of Unraveling and it's up to us to create a momentous Wave of Fierce White Light Energy and Force to make This Shift Into a New Loving Paradigm

@justhuman    Before I sign off I just wanted to send some Love and Light out to our Forum's Proud Brazilian whose whose culture and music I grew up on. I spent most of my life in the BiG Apple and way back I was asked to join a newly formed group under the auspices of The U.N. when Noel Brown was it's Director. It was an alliance formed between the some of the movers and shakers on Wall Street and The Entertainment world of which I was a lifelong small fry. I was appointed it's Nat'l Director of Publicity and Public Relations and it's mission was to raise money and awareness for The RainForest. The subject has once again, sadly, become the focus of worldwide focus during this Pandemic as further deforestation continues to take place at even more aggressive and quicker pace. Sting, and his group, The RainForest Alliance not only raised monies so that the Brazilians wouldn't have to cut the timber in order to survive, but also worked on developing healthy means for the people care for their land and earn money. We were on the same path, but alas, so many of the Wall Street crowd were consumed by the headiness of being affiliated w/ the U.N. and showing off everytime we were there that they become sadly absent in doing there part in raising awareness, advancing their connections, and basically didn't do squat, but pose w/ officials and world leaders when they could when we were at the U.N. After I and others worked our tails off hosting top notch celebrity laden events W/ massive publicity on the plight of the RainForest and it's surrounding peoples, the group just came to a sad demise and I walked away even more cynical than I already was. But.......I and my friends have never given up on the passion of the Brazilian people nor our efforts to protect the Forest from further encroachment. The RainForest is a major line of defense against pandemics and that was one of the main issues I pushed, wrote about, and tried to sound the alarm on way back then. I grew up in a family of publicly appointed Conservation/Environmental folks. Please everyone, take a moment to lend your support and really sound the alarm and awareness on the health and importance of RainForests everywhere in our world. They are the veins of our eco-system's circulatory system!!!........Namaste'

@dhyanaji thank you by coming back to Brazilian issues.

I live in Sao Paulo, a metropolis, but I already lived there at Amazon, researched the waters, knew the people there...

The old traditions are still working well to the indigenous, they are able to live their lives as it were thousands of years ago IF we don't mess their lands and waters.

We have a special institution to deal with them, to keep them safe from invaders and so, FUNAI. Working together with IBAMA (environmental inst.) we used to have more or less the situation under control. Sadly, the institutions are being dismantled by the government, even institutions to monitor the forest coverage and climate there. Now, the government gave free entrance to miners, farmers, loggers, etc. to get there and do anything. Actually, the very minister of the environment legalized the wood illegally cut from Amazon. My heart brakes...

I m not sensitive, but it's not hard to foretell that within 2 or 3 years, our fields in Brazil wont produce as much as we do now, 1/7th of total planet food is under menace...

Cutting down/burning the forest, will block the process that the trees suck the water from underground and evaporate to atmosphere - a volume bigger than the Amazon River goes to the atmosphere. That moisture is brought southwards were our crop fields receive the rain. Without enough trees, no moisture, no rain, no food...

Worldwide problem...

Anyone to see whether worldwide starvation may occur within few years?...

I just wanted the president to be prosecuted in the International Crime Court.... ...asap....

@justhuman

Thank you for giving us this very informative, first-hand insight into the plight of the Rainforests as it stands now. They are truly the 'lungs' of our whole Earth and truly irreplaceable.

It's deeply concerning and saddening to learn of the further wholesale destruction of habitat currently in these most destabilizing circumstances, both for the indigenous peoples and the millions of unique animal species that call the Amazon home. I was surprised to learn that the Amazon spans actually 9 countries as well, a vast area!

Speaking of Brazil specifically, and the enigmatic Amazon river.... there are endangered species there now like pink River dolphin that are beloved the world over and will be deeply missed if extinct for all time... with each loss it is another huge loss for the world.

In our country the US, the corruption is rampant in regard to all wilderness lands that can be cruelly exploited, by politically 'sanctioned', privateering big money corporations mainly... lands that are held in 'public trust' for future generations supposedly. And their non-human inhabitants are suffering greatly as a result of course, with America's Wild Horses being faced with extinction in the near future, as well as other indigenous species ... (I say 'indigenous' here as the horse originated in North America, just to be clear).

As in Brazil, governmental corruption is all- consuming... although there are many who passionately advocate for true Democracy and the essential environmental protections that have been obliterated under the current regime.....

My heart goes out to you there, and so do prayers and intentions for a better world to emerge from this devastation that is plaguing us all, and our beloved wild lands..... 💛

The great Chief Si'ahl (Seattle) once said :

"This we know. The Earth does not belong to Man. Man belongs to the Earth.

All things are connected, like the blood that unites us all.

Man did not weave the web of life, he is merely a strand in it.

Whatever he does to the web, he does to himself."

@justhuman

While I was contemplating all of the similarities between our two countries' corrupt politicians, I had a very distinct impression of Bolsonaro being ousted by 2021, maybe violently. He seems to be covered in white bandages and carried limply, as if lifeless or wounded.

In his place by late 2021, or early '22 (?), I see a woman taking power, although things don't radically improve for the Amazon by then. Climate change, greed, and this new leader's main focus on a stronger economy and finances will be major factors in the slow regeneration, but I feel that the world will be much more involved in protecting the Amazon, the River and the Rainforests.

I am hoping that these impressions are going to be for the better... I hesitate to say anything when I get a very strong one these days, as nothing is cast in stone, and timelines can be warped somehow.

Please don't give up the fight, as it is, and will be one of the most important of our century, no doubt.

With love and light...💚
