[Closed] How to Get through these times without going crazy

Michele, your words once again have so much depth and beauty.  There is much to absorb.  Thank you for taking the time to write and share your thoughts.  I know I am feeling that light right now.  

Hello everyone.  I m trying to get into the habit of doing meditation every morning and do some remote viewing at the same time. I asked God, Archangel Michael and other very strong and positive people to share a message with all of us.  Some of it is the obvious but needs repeating over and over, most specially during these difficult times.

1. Love, talk to God/Spirit/Universe and it will be returned to you tenfold.
2. Love yourself, we often forget to do that.  From what I could gather, we don't do it enough.  Doing so would help us fight the good fight i.e. make changes necessary for a better future.  Remember, the future is fluid, we can change it by doing things differently.
3. I saw a shelving unit, I think we call them cube shelving unit, like an Ikea Kallax.  I saw the four cubes on the first row opened, accessible.  I saw one more cube, on the 2nd row, the ones on the left open. All he rest of the cubes were closed.  I think this is telling us to compartmentalize, and some compartments are meant to be closed.
4. Last but not least, Archangel Gabriel and all other archangels along with angels are fighting for all of us on this planet and are in need of our help.  we need to send light and good positive energy, do our part to make this a better world.  We need to go back to our sources, the same way or ancestors were living, getting up every morning and living  simple life, working  towards a common goal for their family and their small community.  " Our backyard needs pruning" (?)
