[Closed] Looking for the good after El Paso
Look for it. It is there.
People in line to help donate blood. A rainbow of colors, some wearing yarmulkes. Pizza being freely offered to those standing in long lines.
Love conjuring fear. Frightened patrons acting in love to protect others they don't know. Shielding them, guiding them to safety.
It appears the shooter wrote an anti-immigrant hate manifesto. Expect to see an outpouring of love to flow to those harmed and those who were targeted. Love will overcome hate. Love will expand. Love will endure.
We are all one.
I would like to clarify I don't mean people should only "look". Actions are important. We can be inspired by the action of others and we in turn can inspire others by our actions. I realize I am preaching to the choir right now. It is simply nice to validate what I have observed today.
And now to the weather- Partly violent, with a 90% chance of thots n' prairs. Another day, another mass shooting. This time, it is at Walmart (without a trace of irony). Chik-Fil-a and Hobby Lobby should be fine, as they are closed on Sundays, just like in the Bible.
Seriously, we can't go on like this. This is not a new Civil War starting. It just the same old one, on and on.
To all my sisters and brothers in El Paso, and Dayton, and Seems Like Every City in America- wish you were here https://youtu.be/No-zD5wUzJE

One way to end the flow of guns into Mexico and decrease mass murder in the US is for Texas to lead the nation in enacting the strictest gun and ammunition restriction laws.
There I said it. The first step in manifesting.
Everyone is welcome to expand on this.
@Rowsella- unfortunately, there are a bunch of new laws in Tekkksas to loosen gun laws, starting Sept 1. I just cant
